[聚焦2016年華創(chuàng)會]再小的腫瘤都“逃”不過PET－CT的“法眼”

    荊楚網(wǎng)消息（記者陳柯希）只需戴上頭盔，再小的腫瘤都能查出來。6月23日，在鄂州生態(tài)健康科技領域PET－CT論壇上，近60位海外醫(yī)學物理專家和國內(nèi)醫(yī)療企業(yè)進行了親切熱烈的技術交流，來自美國弗吉利亞大學的斯坦尼斯教授和潘東風教授對“頭盔式PET”以及細胞原理進行了詳細講解。

　　據(jù)悉，PET-CT將PET與CT完美融為一體，由PET提供病灶詳盡的功能與代謝等分子信息，而CT提供病灶的精確解剖定位，一次顯像可獲得全身各方位的斷層圖像，具有靈敏、準確、特異及定位精確等特點，可一目了然的了解全身整體狀況，達到早期發(fā)現(xiàn)病灶和診斷疾病的目的。而此次斯坦尼斯教授帶來的“新玩意”則是可以佩戴在頭部進行腫瘤檢測的PET-CT，精準的分辨率和高靈敏的診斷方法是該儀器的主要特點。

　　論壇活動現(xiàn)場，斯坦尼斯教授表示，這種PET檢查設備類似摩托車頭盔，患者戴在頭部即可進行檢查，過程只需幾分鐘，設備就能檢查出比米粒還小的腫瘤，檢測精度高。目前，項目還處于研發(fā)階段，成本約為40萬美元一臺。

　　除此之外，斯坦尼斯教授還介紹了由他發(fā)明的乳房PET—CT掃描儀，該儀器專門用于乳腺癌的早期診斷。

　　據(jù)悉，去年9月，全球首臺適用于人體臨床的全數(shù)字“正電子發(fā)射斷層成像和X射線斷層成像掃描“儀器由華中科技大學生命學院教授謝慶國帶領團隊歷時15年研發(fā)成功，該項目已在鄂州梧桐湖新區(qū)落戶。

　　“不管是公司的發(fā)展，還是PET—CT的發(fā)展都要站在更高的領域，通過更高水平的合作來一起完成推進工作�！眮碜院变J世數(shù)字醫(yī)學影像科技有限公司副總經(jīng)理張博表示，希望能通過華創(chuàng)會這個平臺來吸引專家共同發(fā)展科研和創(chuàng)業(yè)，一起將PET—CT做大做強，為打造世界一流的PET—CT而共同努力。
